White glazed porcelain is a low iron content in porcelain blank, with pure transparent glaze. As one of our traditional product, its large quantity and long duration. According to archaeological workers found, as early as in the eastern han dynasty tombs, already appeared early white porcelain, after classics beiqi, with tang, white porcelain firing more mature. Via Shanghai silicate research institute experts such as Mr Zhang Fukang research shows that: "jingdezhen porcelain in the Ming and qing dynasties were in a porcelain stone with tyres, glaze glaze ash (calcium oxide) in the dosage, low sintering temperature (1150 ℃ -- 1200 ℃), therefore, embryo glaze quality reach the standard of high quality hard porcelain. The yuan dynasty began to add a small amount of kaolin in tire formula (that is, the binary recipe); More and more for the amount of kaolin during Ming and qing dynasties, glaze formula also made corresponding change, reduce the dosage of glaze ash (calcium oxide), and to contain a small amount of potassium stone high alkali - lime glaze as fluxing agent." The implementation of the improved formula and improve the firing temperature of the porcelain body, porcelain in better physical and chemical properties. Its aim is to avoid the porcelain glaze green, in pursuit of the white appearance of the glaze effect. Qing "NaYao notes," said: "the ash (that is, the glaze ash - a mixture of limestone and plant ash) more glaze green, less ash glaze was white." And burning kiln in yuan dynasty as the gove
